John Hall Electric installed fire alarm, telephone entry and surround sound systems in one of Virginia Beach's newest residential buildings, Old Beach Village. Structured cabling laid the foundation for this building's state-of-the-art technologies.

Saint Paul’s Place, Norfolk, VA
As one of the most highly praised new residential projects as part of Norfolk’s downtown revitalization, JHE was able to bring substantial value in terms of budget and project plan. Fire alarm and door access control systems were also installed.

Sinclair Commons, Hampton, VA
Working closely with the builder of this senior living project, JHE provided turnkey electrical service installation for the units, common areas and characteristic amenities of the project, including computer room, health center, and beauty salon.
