North Trail at Arboretum
Technology was an important selling point for this project. Add the interesting exterior features such as lake fountains, and it was clear that JHE was the perfect electrical contractor for the interior unit and common area lighting as well as the exterior needs. Special systems installed included structured cable for data, phone, TV and Surround Sound.

Eagle Pointe at Cahoon Plantation
A gated, exclusive community, JHE worked closely with the builder to ensure the best service for a unique electrical design, in a variety of housing types: single family detached residences, duplexes and multiplexes. In addition to powering up a large clubhouse, the electrical work included site lighting and service for over 500 homes.

In addition to new construction homes, we also wire some of the largest, custom homes in the area.
